Very helpful staff. Our room was out of shampoo/conditioner upon check in and the fireplace didn't work, but they took care of those things right away.
Exceeded our expectations! Friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent location. It is located near several restaurants in walking distance and they provide a delicious daily breakfast. They even provided a Wednesday night happy hour and dinner the week we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

I came for work my trip ended up being longer than I expected the hotel staff. The management, everything it's been very, very awesome. They have accommodated my needs. I have been a bit of a pain, but they have Done everything they can to accommodate me. I am very appreciative of this. Location,highly recommend staying here
I have stayed here before. This time they completely changed my mind from last time to this time. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Tania the front desk deserves a raise. She is so kind and went above and beyond to make my stay special. I travel a lot and will recommend this place. I’m a diamond member and have stayed at every Hilton brand. While this hotel has some outdating things, it’s still very clean and nice. Wow great job, Tania.
I have to give it 5 stars. My room was very nice. We had a little kitchen area. There was a fridge,freezer, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, and silverware. In the living room there was a pull out bed connected to the couch with a flat screen TV. There was a door separating the living room from the bedroom. There was a nice big king sized soft bed in the bedroom with a nice bathroom. There was a lot of countertop space with a big mirror and a sink with the closet behind it. There was another door separating the sink area from the shower and toilet area. They gave us complimentary coffee/tee and whatever you add into your beverage. They also gave us bottled water. There was a complimentary big size shampoo, body wash, and conditioner bottle connected to the wall in the shower. Next to the sink there was complimentary body lotion, hand soap, face wash and makeup remover. There was free breakfast in the morning,and the amenities were very nice. So just this stuff alone made it worth 5 stars in my opinion.
Our room was great, nice little kitchen/living room, bedroom with a door, full bathroom, pool is big but cold, hot tub was relaxing, the free breakfast is good and free!
Rooms were a bit dated. We had a tub, not a walk-in shower (4 out of 5). Otherwise, it was great! Tania, at the front desk was helpful and friendly to me and to others that I observed. Breakfast was always ready ahead of time. Location met our needs perfectly and the price was reasonable.
